Yummy Pancakes and Syrup

I love using Wasatch Wonder syrup on pancakes, waffles and french toast. I like to use it both warm and cold. One of my favorite Sunday dinners is to make a fresh batch of Wasatch Wonder syrup and serve it warm with Belgian Waffles. It is making me hungry to think about it as I am typing this post!
Here is an easy pancake recipe that I adapted from Martha Stewart.com. This pancake recipe has become a staple at our house. I usually make them at least 1x, if not more during a week. I like to make them either 1/2 wheat-1/2 white flour or 100% wheat, depending on much wheat I have ground when I am making them.



Homemade Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar (I usually do not put this much)
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Serve with Wasatch Wonder Syrup!
